Senior Pastor, David and Maureen Woodcock
Pastors David and Maureen Woodcock are originally from the Toronto, Ontario area. They are both graduates of Eastern Bible College in Peterborough, Ontario, and David is presently doing graduate studies at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto. He was ordained in 1982 with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada before transferring to the Indiana District of the Assemblies of God. David and Maureen previously pastored at three different churches before coming to Genesis Church in Bloomington, Indiana.
The Woodcocks have traveled in short term mission trips to several different countries: Maureen has been to both the Ukraine and Moldova, and David has been to the Ukraine, Russia and China.
David and Maureen have four children and two daughters-in-law: Michael and his wife Stephanie, Tim and his wife Jennifer, Joel and Lydia. Their children are also very instrumental in the ministry at Genesis.
Youth, Jr. High & Worship Pastor, Tim and Jen Woodcock
Pastor Tim has been the Youth Pastor at Axcess Student Ministries since 2002. Almost four years ago Pastor Jennifer joined Tim in full time ministry. Their passion is to see this generation step into the full Axcess that God has for their lives.
Tim and Jen also oversee the worship minstry at Genesis. Under their leadership over the last seven years, the ministry has flourished. They have raised up several worship leaders and musicians. Tim and Jen believe in cultivating a culture of excellence and encourage all worshippers everywhere to develop their giftings!
Tim and Jennifer have two beautiful daughters, Isabella Grace and Evangeline Anne. Tim and Jen are also huge “Prison Break" fans; it’s more of an obsession than anything!

Young Adult Pastor, Bobby Samuel
Pastor Bobby co-leads the youth and young adult ministry Emanate Church (www.emanatechurch.com). Genesis Church has been his home church for nearly 28 years and he has served in various capacities. He has been leading the college ministry since 2003. Bobby has a BS in Biochemistry from IU and a Masters from the Kelley School of Business in Accounting and Information Systems.
His passion is to empower men and women to live supernatural lives for the Kingdom of God. Bobby believes that he has been called to put Jesus' prayer from John 17 into action. He has been working with IU campus ministry leaders to facilitate a gathering that puts Jesus at the center and invites the invisible hand of God to move on behalf of His people. Purpose: United meets monthly on the IU Campus during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Family Pastor, Dotty Ellingwood
Pastor Dotty Ellingwood joined the staff of Genesis Church in July of 2003 as the Children/Family Pastor. Dotty brings a wealth of experience to her position. She has served in various leadership positions at different churches, Christian schools, and other organizations. She has served as the Children's Pastor at Yokota Air Force Base in Tokyo, Japan for three years.
Dotty also oversees the major outreach events at Genesis Church. Two such city wide events, the 4th of July Extravaganza and the Easter Outreach, collectively blesses thousands of people every year.
Dotty is married to George, a former United States Air Force Sergeant, and has had the honor of extensive travel and living abroad. They have four children - Stacey, Kyle, Nickie, and Nathan, and one grandchild (so far), Briana.

Administrative Assistant, Stephanie Kinsey
Stephanie serves as Genesis' Administrative Assistant. She is the go-to gal in the office at Genesis and we are blessed to have her!
Stephanie also serves as Worship Leader for our Early Service and is a regular member of the Worship Team for other services. Her "Come up here.." (see Rev. 4:1) vocals and entrancing keyboard ushers us into the Throne Room every Sunday morning. Truly, she is a double blessing!
